24 months from purchase on all Shelly products bought from CasaSmart. Repair or replacement is handled in Chișinău — no need to ship the device to China/EU. Factory defects: free exchange within 7 business days.
Most Shelly models expose Zigbee 3.0 or Matter, making them natively compatible with Home Assistant (Zigbee2MQTT / ZHA) and with Apple Home via Matter bridge. For Wi-Fi proprietary models (e.g. some cloud-only Sonoff subsets) we can flash Tasmota or ESPHome firmware on request.
At our showroom at str. Columna 153, Chișinău (Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, Sat 10:00-16:00). The most popular Shelly products are functionally exhibited on demo panels — you can actually test them, not just look through a window.
