Two main services: (1) Installation at home — physical mounting, Zigbee/Wi-Fi/KNX configuration, Home Assistant integration, training; (2) Custom 3D design — 3D model of the home with each device placed, cabling plan, full pricing list.
For a 2-room apartment with minimal smart-home package (4-6 devices, Zigbee hub, Home Assistant): 8,000-12,000 MDL including equipment. Full villas with KNX: 30,000-150,000 MDL depending on size and protocol.
We install across all of Moldova. For localities more than 50 km from Chișinău we batch visits (2-3 installations/day) to optimize travel. Transport cost applies separately.
Yes. Installation warranty is 12 months on physical work and 24 months on Home Assistant configuration (provided no unauthorized user changes). Equipment warranty is standard 24 months per Moldovan Law 105/2003.
Yes. Many devices (Sonoff, Aqara, Moes Wi-Fi) are plug-and-play for enthusiasts. We provide consultation and a full technical plan, then you install yourself. For AC wiring, KNX, or complex Home Assistant we recommend professional installation.
