Forms may request your name, phone, email, delivery address, company details, selected products and services, and message. A project request may include property size, renovation stage, indicative budget and existing devices. Do not send passwords, access codes or complete card details in forms.
3. Purposes of processing
We use the information to respond, prepare a proposal, confirm and fulfil an order, and provide support. Data needed for an enquiry or order is processed for steps you request and performance of the contract. Sale records may be retained for applicable legal obligations. Technical data needed for site operation and security is distinct from optional analytics and marketing tools, for which you can choose consent.
4. Technical data and recipients
Servers and services delivering the website receive technical connection data, such as IP address and browser. Visit source and the originating page may accompany your request. The CasaSmart team and technical providers involved in hosting, communication and notifications may process data needed for the service. Delivery information is shared with the delivery provider. If you choose an external messenger, that service’s policy also applies. Some providers may process data outside Moldova; contact us for information about recipients of a particular request.
5. Data retention
Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry, order fulfilment, subsequent support and applicable record-keeping requirements. For the retention period relevant to your data or an erasure request, contact office@casasmart.md. Legal retention obligations may limit deletion.

Where provided by law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing.
