The first phone conversation is free. We clarify the property type, problems, wishes, renovation stage and the likely project scope.

A paid technical site visit. You receive the preliminary solution composition, possible automations and an indicative calculation for equipment, installation and programming. If the project continues, the visit fee is credited toward its cost.

We select equipment and develop the system architecture, device placement, required wiring, tasks for the electrician and plumber, automations and the interface concept.

We work with our own team or your specialists: coordinating the electrician, plumber and designer, checking the wiring preparation, installing and configuring the equipment.

Yes. CasaSmart systems run on a local Home Assistant server installed in your home — the core automations, lighting and sensors keep working even without internet, and physical switches are preserved. Cloud stays optional, with no monthly subscriptions.
Both. We are a full-cycle engineering company — design, installation, integration and support — and we sell equipment through the catalog. For Sonoff, CasaSmart is the only official importer in Moldova; the other confirmed brands (MOES, SMLight, GLEDOPTO, IMOU, LinkNLink, Anviz, Avatto, Dreame, Midea, Shelly) are official distribution.
Official warranty from 12 months — exact terms depend on the equipment and the project. We run our own service center in Chișinău, offer remote diagnostics, help after launch and expand the system as new needs appear.
