We are the official importer of Sonoff, MOES, SMLight, GLEDOPTO, IMOU, LinkNLink, Anviz, Avatto, Dreame, Midea, Yandex, and GVS (KNX) in the Republic of Moldova, and the official distributor of Shelly, Ecowitt, LOQED, LightSolutions, NEO, and TopAC. For Aqara we work through an authorized European channel with EU warranty. All Shelly products listed here come with a fiscal invoice and local warranty.
24 months from purchase on all Shelly products bought from CasaSmart. Repair or replacement is handled in Chișinău — no need to ship the device to China/EU. Factory defects: free exchange within 7 business days.
Most Shelly models expose Zigbee 3.0 or Matter, making them natively compatible with Home Assistant (Zigbee2MQTT / ZHA) and with Apple Home via Matter bridge. For Wi-Fi proprietary models (e.g. some cloud-only Sonoff subsets) we can flash Tasmota or ESPHome firmware on request.
