Most Aqara models expose Zigbee 3.0 or Matter, making them natively compatible with Home Assistant (Zigbee2MQTT / ZHA) and with Apple Home via Matter bridge. For Wi-Fi proprietary models (e.g. some cloud-only Sonoff subsets) we can flash Tasmota or ESPHome firmware on request.

CasaSmart works with the authorized European Aqara channel, so every Aqara product sold here carries a 24-month EU warranty and official firmware updates. We don't sell grey imports from China with no warranty — verify the serial number on the Aqara EU site for confirmation.
