These terms describe device orders and service requests through casasmart.md. Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the Republic of Moldova continue to apply.
2. Orders and confirmation
Submit an order through the cart or contact us by phone. The receipt message and order number acknowledge your request. A manager checks availability, contents, price, delivery and requested installation, and confirms these conditions with you before fulfilment. If price or availability changes, we ask you to accept the updated proposal.
3. Price and payment
Device prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL). Installation and delivery costs are shown separately. Submitting a website order does not charge your card; we do not ask for your bank card details. Payment method and the amount due are confirmed with a manager before payment.
4. Delivery and installation
Showroom collection or delivery is arranged when confirming the order. Timing and cost depend on product availability and destination. Installation is a separate service: work, equipment, technical requirements and costs are specified in the accepted proposal. Compatibility with the same protocol (e.g. Zigbee or Matter) does not guarantee that every function of a device will be available in your system.
5. Consultation and project
The initial phone conversation is free. An on-site assessment is paid and credited towards the project under the agreed proposal. An online calculation is indicative. Final price and scope follow clarification of the requirements and acceptance of the proposal.
6. Returns and warranty
Return conditions are published on the “Returns, warranty and help” page: Returns, warranty and help. To make a request, provide your order number and describe the issue. The warranty for each product and installation is specified in the sale documents and accepted proposal. A commercial warranty does not limit statutory product conformity rights.
7. Data and requests
