Current return conditions
Return window: 30 days.
If an item is not faulty and you return it by choice, you pay the return shipping. For faulty or non-conforming items, the seller covers the costs in line with Moldovan law.
Items are returned by shipping them back to us. Contact us first and we will send you the address and steps.

The warranty is at least 12 months. The exact period and conditions for equipment and installation work are stated in the sales documents and the accepted proposal. Further support is agreed for each project.
