24 months from purchase on all LOQED products bought from CasaSmart. Repair or replacement is handled in Chișinău — no need to ship the device to China/EU. Factory defects: free exchange within 7 business days.
Most LOQED models expose Zigbee 3.0 or Matter, making them natively compatible with Home Assistant (Zigbee2MQTT / ZHA) and with Apple Home via Matter bridge. For Wi-Fi proprietary models (e.g. some cloud-only Sonoff subsets) we can flash Tasmota or ESPHome firmware on request.
