CasaSmart is a brand of Evrinet SRL, a Moldovan company registered with IDNO 1005600059008, registered office str. Columna 153, Chișinău. The team consists of local-automation specialists certified in KNX and Home Assistant.

CasaSmart brings 5 years of smart-home installation experience in Moldova — from apartments with 5 devices to villas with dozens of devices on a Zigbee + KNX network.

It means the systems we install run on local hardware (Home Assistant on Raspberry Pi or mini-PC, Zigbee hubs). If the internet drops, the home keeps working. Cloud remains optional, not mandatory.

For Sonoff, CasaSmart is the only official importer in Moldova. The other confirmed brands — MOES, SMLight, GLEDOPTO, IMOU, LinkNLink, Anviz, Avatto, Dreame, Midea, Shelly, Ecowitt, LOQED, LightSolutions, NEO and TopAC — are official distribution. For Aqara we work through an authorized European channel with EU warranty.

Matter, Zigbee 3.0, Thread, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE, KNX TP. We integrate with Home Assistant (recommended), Apple Home / HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Yandex Alice. We also build custom integrations via MQTT, REST API or ESPHome.

Official warranty from 12 months — exact terms depend on the equipment and the project. For systems we install, after-sales support covers Telegram responses, remote diagnostics and on-site visits in Chișinău. We run our own service center.

Yes — 30 days for no-questions-asked returns (Moldovan Law 105/2003 sets a 14-day minimum; we voluntarily extend). The product must be unopened or "like-new". Refund within 7 business days via the original payment method. For defective products: free exchange or in-warranty repair.
