• Which frames is this model compatible with?

  The kit includes the adapter for Gira and Merten frames in the 55x55 mm format, so the switch fits existing Gira System 55 and Merten frames. Shelly offers separate kits for Legrand, Busch-Jaeger and Shelly frames too.
• Does it need to be wired to 220 V mains?

  No. The device is wireless and runs on an included CR2032 battery, with no mains connection, no cabling and no wall chasing.
• How many actions can I configure on the four buttons?

  Each button recognises single, double, triple and long press, which means up to 16 different actions on a single panel.
• How long does the battery last and which type is used?

  It uses a 3 V CR2032 battery (included) lasting up to 2 years in normal use, after which it is easily replaced.
• Does it switch the light itself or need other devices?

  It is a Bluetooth BLU button and does not switch the load itself. It works together with Shelly devices or via a Bluetooth gateway, which carry out the commands.
• What is the Bluetooth range?

  The range is roughly 10 m indoors and up to 30 m in open space, so in larger homes it is best to keep the receiving Shelly device within solid signal.
