• Why three keys on one switch in an open living room?

  Because an open space usually has three light lines — the general ceiling over the sofa, the table pendant and a wall accent. The ZS-SR-EU3 splits them across three adjacent white keys, each switching its own line, so you change the mood at the wall, not only in the app.
• Does it work without a neutral in the box?

  Yes. The ZS-SR-EU3 is the neutral-optional variant: it runs without a neutral, drawing power through the load, which suits older buildings where only the line reaches the box. If a neutral is present, wire it to the N terminal — LEDs run more stably. The strictly neutral version carries the -LN suffix.
• Does it need a separate hub or does it work straight through the router?

  It needs a Moes/Tuya Zigbee gateway in the house for remote control, scenes and schedules. Without a gateway the keys switch the light locally, but with no automation. The ZS-SR-EU3 does not connect directly to a Wi-Fi router because it is a Zigbee 3.0 device.
• What load does each key carry?

  Each of the three channels switches 10 A at AC 100-240 V, 50/60 Hz, and the mechanism draws under 2 W in standby. For living-room lighting — a ceiling fixture, pendant and strip — it has margin, but a heavy load such as a boiler or a powerful hood does not belong here.
• What is the Star Ring halo and what is it good for?

  The Star Ring is the lit ring around each key, with a soft starry-sky effect. In the dark it marks the switch position, so you find the right key without turning on the main light, and on the wall of an open living room it adds a neat design accent.
• Can I control the switch with Alexa, Google Home or SmartThings?

  Yes — through the Moes/Tuya gateway and a Tuya/Smart Life account you add voice via Alexa and Google Home, plus SmartThings. Voice control and scenes always go through the gateway; without it only local key switching remains. Apple Home is not natively supported on this version.
• Will it fit a standard Moldovan back box?

  The switch mounts on a Ø60 mm round box or an 86×86 square one. The mechanism carries electronics at the back, so a deep box of about 45 mm makes fitting easier and leaves room for the wires; in neutral mode the electrician also brings the neutral into the box.
