• Why two Star Ring halos instead of one?

  Because it is a two-gang switch: each key has its own glowing ring, so at night you tell at once which lights the chandelier and which the hallway strip. The two adjacent halos guide a finger to the right zone without lighting the other lamp by mistake.
• Does it work without a neutral wire in the box?

  Yes. The official Moes page states the model connects without a neutral wire and works correctly when one is present; the only firm condition is the live. That makes it fit older Chișinău buildings where only a live reaches the box. Where a neutral exists, land it on the N terminal for steadier switching.
• Does it need a separate hub or work straight through the router?

  It needs a Moes/Tuya Zigbee gateway, sold separately — the ZS-SR-EU2 does not connect directly to the Wi-Fi router. Without a gateway the two keys stay local switches with no remote control or scenes. Once paired, both channels appear in the Tuya/Smart Life app.
• What load does each key carry?

  Each of the two channels switches a real lighting load of up to 10A at 100-240V AC, drawing under 2W at idle. For room lighting — a chandelier, spots, an LED strip — that is ample; heavy loads such as a boiler or cooker hood do not belong on a light switch.
• Can I use the two keys separately and together?

  Yes. The two relays are independent, so each key switches its own physical circuit at the wall. Through the gateway, in the Tuya/Smart Life app, you can also group them into a shared scene — for example 'all off' at bedtime — or give them separate schedules.
• How does it differ from the ZS-SR-EU2-LN neutral-required version?

  This version (no -LN suffix) has an optional neutral: it mounts even without a neutral wire, handy for older wiring. The -LN variant requires a neutral on the N terminal and gives steadier switching of small LED loads. Everything else — two keys, 10A, Zigbee 3.0, the Star Ring halos — is the same.
• Can I add the switch to Alexa, Google or Apple Home?

  The official page for this version lists only control via the Moes/Tuya (Smart Life) app and does not confirm voice-assistant badges, so we do not promise native Alexa, Google Home or Apple Home. As a standard Zigbee 3.0 device it can join a SmartThings hub; for voice integrations, ask us in the showroom before ordering.
