• Why three keys with a required neutral on one wall?

  Because a living room or wider hallway usually has several light lines — spots, a wall lamp, an LED strip. The ZS-SR-EU3-LN splits them across three adjacent keys, each switching its own line, and the -LN suffix calls for line and neutral at the box for stable LED switching on every channel.
• Will it work without a neutral wire in the back box?

  No. The -LN suffix means Line+Neutral: this model mandatorily needs line and neutral at the box and won't start without a neutral, since its electronics are powered from the neutral. If only line reaches your wall, choose the neutral-optional ZS-SR-EU3 in the same series; for wiring with the neutral at every point, -LN is the right pick.
• Which Zigbee hub do I need to use the three channels?

  The official Moes page explicitly requires a ZigBee gateway, bought separately. The simplest for a Moes setup is a Zigbee/Tuya hub: once paired, the three channels appear individually in the Tuya/Smart Life app, each with its own name and schedule. As a standard Zigbee 3.0 device it also pairs into a SmartThings hub. Without a gateway there is no remote control or scenes.
• What load does each key carry and how does it behave on LED?

  Each of the three channels switches up to 10A at AC100-240V 50/60Hz, with the module's own draw under 2W. For home lighting — spots, panels, LED strips, chandeliers — this current is plenty. Being the neutral version, LED switching is stable with no flicker; put a correctly rated breaker ahead of the lines.
• Can I add it to Alexa, Google or Apple Home?

  Through a hub, yes for Alexa and Google Home: voice runs via the Tuya/Smart Life account once the switch is linked to the gateway, and the three keys answer by name. Apple Home is not natively supported; if HomeKit matters, expose the device through a Matter bridge from a hub that allows it. Every path goes through the gateway.
• What is the Star Ring halo and what is it good for?

  It is the lit ring on the glass face with a subtle starry-sky effect — Moes treats it as a design element, which is why the series won the 2023 Red Dot Award. In practice it marks the three keys in the dark, as a night marker in a hallway or bedroom, without being a bright status light.
• How does it differ from the neutral-optional ZS-SR-EU3?

  The difference is the wiring. This -LN mandatorily needs a neutral at the box and switches LEDs more cleanly, suited to modern wiring; the non-LN variant also accepts a no-neutral install but can glow in the off state on low-wattage LEDs. The rest — 3 keys, 10A relay per channel, Zigbee 3.0 and the Star Ring halo — is identical.
• How does it differ from the grey twin?

  The specs are identical — 3 keys, neutral required, 10A relay per channel, Zigbee 3.0 and the same Star Ring halo. Only the glass face colour differs: this version is white (ZS-SR-EU3-LN-WH-MS), and the grey twin is ZS-SR-EU3-LN-GY-MS. White suits light walls and white switch frames.
