• Why a three-key switch in a flat's hallway?

  Because the old block by the door usually controls three lines — corridor, bathroom and kitchen. The ZS-SR-EU3 takes all three onto one frame, each key stays where it was, and the family switches light as before, only now you can add scenes and remote control.
• Does it work without a neutral wire in the box?

  Yes. The ZS-SR-EU3 has an optional neutral, so it fits older buildings where only a line reaches the keys. If a neutral is in the box you can wire it to the N terminal — then no current flows through the lamps, which removes the flicker of cheap LEDs.
• Does it need a separate hub or work straight through the router?

  It needs a Tuya/Zigbee gateway in the home (a MOES or Tuya hub). The ZS-SR-EU3 talks Zigbee 3.0, not Wi-Fi, so it does not connect directly to the Wi-Fi router. Without a gateway the keys work locally only; with one you get remote control, scenes and voice.
• What load does each of the three keys carry?

  Each channel switches up to 10 A at AC100-240 V 50/60 Hz — enough for any fixture in a corridor, bathroom or kitchen. Standby draw is under 2 W. For heavy loads such as a water heater or a strong cooker hood use a dedicated relay, not this light switch.
• What is the Star Ring halo and how does it help?

  Star Ring is a soft glowing ring around each key with a starry-sky effect. In a windowless hallway it helps you find the right key in the evening without feeling for it, and on the grey glass it reads as a design detail — which is why the switch won the Red Dot 2023 award.
• Can I add it to Alexa or Google Home?

  Yes — through the Tuya/Zigbee gateway and the Tuya / MOES Smart app you connect Alexa, Google Home and SmartThings, so each key can be controlled by voice. The integrations go through the hub account; the switch alone, without a gateway, does not connect to voice assistants.
• How does it differ from single-key or required-neutral versions?

  The ZS-SR-EU1 has one key, the ZS-SR-EU2 two, and this one three, for a hallway with three lines. The optional-neutral version (this model) also works without a neutral, while the -LN versions require a neutral in the box and in return fully remove flicker, ideal where the neutral is already pulled.
• How is it installed and what should you check first?

  Installation is electrician work: even with the optional neutral, the line and the three load wires must be connected correctly. The manufacturer does not publish exact dimensions, so check the back-box depth before buying. CasaSmart offers a 24-month official warranty and a display unit in the showroom.
