• Why does this -LN model need a neutral?

  The -LN suffix means Line + Neutral: the relay is powered separately from line and neutral rather than bleeding current through the bulbs. With no neutral on the N terminal the panel will not power up at all. Before ordering, check that the renovation brought a neutral to the wall box, not just to the fixture.
• Does it cure LED flicker?

  Yes, that is the advantage of the neutral version. The relay has its own supply and does not need to pass a small current through the bulbs to stay alive — so both the brief switch-on flicker and the faint off-position glow disappear, the typical issues of no-neutral switches on low-wattage LEDs.
• Does it need a separate hub?

  Yes. It runs on Zigbee 3.0 and does not connect directly to the Wi-Fi router — it needs a Tuya/Zigbee gateway (MOES or Tuya) in the home. Through that hub and the Tuya/Smart Life app you set up scenes and schedules. Without a gateway the keys switch locally like ordinary switches, but without the smart side.
• What load does each of the three keys carry?

  Each channel switches 10 A at AC100-240V 50/60Hz through a relay. For room lighting — spots, a fixture, an LED strip — it has margin to spare. The switch's own draw is under 2 W. Do not put heavy loads here such as a water heater, a powerful hood or heating.
• Which ecosystems and voice assistants does it work with?

  Through the Tuya/Zigbee gateway and the Tuya/Smart Life app you control it directly; from there add SmartThings, and for voice Alexa and Google Home, linked to the Tuya account. Remote commands and scenes go through the hub, not the switch directly.
• How does it differ from the optional-neutral ZS-SR-EU3?

  The ZS-SR-EU3 (no -LN) works without a neutral too, but then becomes an end device and needs a minimum load per line, with a flicker risk on weak LEDs. The -LN variant requires a neutral, but switches any LED cleanly and is the right pick once a renovation has already brought a neutral to the wall.
• Will it fit a standard Moldovan back box?

  The 86-type mechanism mounts on a Ø60 mm round box or an 86×86 square one. For a three-relay panel plan a deep back box, ideally from 45 mm, because behind it the line, neutral and three load runs all have to come together.
