• Why a two-key switch rather than two separate ones?

  Because many older flats already have a single two-key point by the door — hallway and room. The ZS-SR-EU2 replaces that exact mechanism: you keep the frame and the existing wiring and control both light lines from one place, now over Zigbee.
• Does it work without a neutral in the box?

  Yes. The ZS-SR-EU2 has an optional neutral: if an old Chișinău box has only line and loads, you leave the N terminal empty and each key switches on line. If a renovation brought a neutral in, you wire it to N for a steadier circuit — the same mechanism covers both cases.
• Do I need a separate hub or does it work straight through the router?

  It needs a Tuya or MOES Zigbee gateway. The ZS-SR-EU2 talks Zigbee 3.0, not Wi-Fi, so it does not connect directly to the home router. Without a gateway the keys stay mechanical; with one you get the Tuya/Smart Life app, remote control, scenes and schedules.
• What load does each key carry?

  Each channel switches 10 A at AC100-240V 50/60Hz, with standby under 2 W. For hallway and room lighting that is ample. Heavy loads — a water heater, oven or powerful extractor — do not belong here; use dedicated relays or switches for those.
• What is the Star Ring halo and how does it help?

  Star Ring is a softly glowing ring around the keys with a 'starry sky' effect that earned MOES a Red Dot Award 2023. Beyond looks, it works as a marker in a dark hallway at night — you find the key without turning on the main light. On this model the ring is grey.
• Can I use voice or Apple Home with this switch?

  Through the Tuya/MOES gateway and the Tuya/Smart Life app the device joins the Tuya ecosystem, and being standard Zigbee 3.0 it also shows on the SmartThings path. The official page does not confirm a native Apple Home badge for this wired version, so direct Apple integration is not guaranteed.
• Will it fit a standard Moldovan back box and who installs it?

  The type-86 mechanism mounts on a Ø60 mm round box or an ordinary square one. Installation is electrician work: the box must be read correctly for line and the two loads, and any neutral wired to N. MOES does not publish the exact housing dimensions for this version.
