  Temperature, humidity and light-level data plus a clock are shown right on the e-paper screen on the body; no app is needed to read them.
• What batteries does it use and how long do they last?

  It runs on two CR2032 batteries, with a battery life of up to about 2 years depending on usage and Zigbee signal quality.
• Does it work over Zigbee and Bluetooth at the same time?

  Yes, the ZB version supports both Zigbee 3.0 and Bluetooth 5.0; Zigbee carries data into the smart-home system while Bluetooth helps with clock sync and setup.
• How is the device mounted?

  The box includes a tabletop stand and a wall stand, and magnets in the rear cover let you attach it to metal surfaces such as a fridge.
• Does it integrate with Home Assistant and other platforms?

  Yes, over Zigbee 3.0 the sensor connects to Home Assistant, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and SmartThings for use in automations.
• Why doesn't the screen update in the dark?

  In darkness a power-save mode kicks in and pauses the screen refresh to extend battery life; wireless data reporting keeps running.
