• Do I need a separate hub or server for it?

  No. The iSG Display Max is the gateway itself: it ships with Home Assistant OS preinstalled and Zigbee 3.0, Matter, IR, RF and BLE radios onboard. There is no Raspberry Pi, Home Assistant Green or separate Zigbee hub to buy — the panel runs automations locally and joins the network over Wi-Fi.
• Does it work without internet and without the cloud?

  Yes. Core automations run locally on the panel itself, on your network, so scenes and commands keep working even when the internet drops, with no mandatory subscription. The link to Home Assistant and devices is local over MQTT and the data stays in the home; the internet is only needed for updates and for voice control from outside.
• What devices can I connect to it?

  Over Zigbee 3.0 you pair bulbs, motion sensors, door contacts and plugs directly; the Matter port brings in devices on the new standard; the IR blaster runs a TV and air conditioner, and the RF side takes on remotes and blind motors. Anything Home Assistant supports through these radios lands in a single dashboard.
• Does it have a wired connection or PoE?

  The panel has no native Ethernet port and does not support PoE. The main link is Wi-Fi; for a wired connection there is a separate USB Ethernet adapter version. At install plan a 230 V socket nearby for the 5V/2A power adapter, since power does not come over the network cable.
• Can I use Alexa or Google Home with it?

  Yes, optionally. The iSG Display Max is Home Assistant-first and local over MQTT, but the manufacturer confirms Alexa and Google Home compatibility for voice commands. You add them if you want to speak commands; core control and automations stay local, on the panel.
• What screen and hardware does the panel have?

  It has a 10-inch capacitive touchscreen at 1280×800, a quad-core 1.5 GHz processor, 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage — enough for a fluid Home Assistant dashboard with many cards. The 257 × 180 × 26 mm body wall-mounts or sits on a desk, indoors only.
• How is it different from the eHome HA or eRemote HA?

  The eRemote HA and eHome HA are small IR and RF bridges with no screen — each does one job. The iSG Display Max is the big device: a 10-inch touch panel that runs Home Assistant OS itself and gathers Zigbee 3.0, Matter, IR, RF and BLE in one place, acting as both the dashboard and the brain of the home.
