• Which floor heating types does the LinkedGo ST1820 support?

  It controls both electric floor heating and water-based circuits. The built-in 2A relay drives the heating valve directly (2A resistive or 1A inductive), and for heavier loads it switches an external Shelly relay rated up to 16A.
• Do I need a separate Shelly hub?

  No. The ST1820 is built on the ShellyX chip and connects directly over 2.4GHz WiFi and Bluetooth, controlled from the Shelly Smart Control app without any extra hub.
• Which platforms does it integrate with?

  The device works within the Shelly ecosystem and integrates with Home Assistant, SmartThings and other open platforms via Cloud, MQTT and HTTP, alongside the Shelly Smart Control app.
• What supply voltage does it use and how is it mounted?

  It runs on 90-240V AC, 50/60Hz and mounts in a standard European junction box indoors. The housing measures 85.5 x 85.5 x 38 mm with IP20 protection; we recommend an electrician for the mains connection.
• Does it have frost-protection protection and a child lock?

  Yes. The ST1820 holds a minimum temperature while you are away to prevent sub-zero, and the child lock stops accidental changes to the settings.
• Do you offer warranty and delivery in Moldova?
