• What type of heating does the GC version switch?

  The GC version (MWHT-S02-GC-WH-MS) commands a gas or water boiler through a 5 A relay wired to the room-thermostat (room stat / TA) terminal. It is not for electric floor heating — that uses the 16 A GB version, while water underfloor uses the 5 A GA version. Check your system type before ordering.
• Does it need a Tuya or Zigbee hub?

  No. The WHT-S02 GC is a Matter-over-WiFi device: it connects straight to the home router on 2.4 GHz and is added to Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings or Smart Life by scanning the Matter code. There is no separate Tuya or Zigbee hub to buy and power, unlike classic Tuya thermostats.
• Does it work with Apple Home, Google and Alexa at the same time?

  Yes. As a Matter device it can be controlled from several ecosystems at once — Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and SmartThings — plus Moes' Smart Life app. The boiler command then joins the same scenes and voice commands as the rest of the home, whatever platform each family member uses.
• How do I schedule the boiler by day?

  The weekly program takes up to 42 slots (7 days × 6 periods), so each day can have its own running hours — warm in the morning and evening, eco during the day when you are out. Programming is done from the app or directly on the panel, and the eco mode and frost protection cut gas use while the house is empty.
• Will it still work if the internet goes down?

  Yes. Matter control is local, so the weekly schedule and the glass-panel adjustment keep working even if the internet or cloud is down — the boiler is not left without a command on a winter evening. Remote app control and voice assistants need the 2.4 GHz WiFi link, but the thermostat control itself does not depend on the cloud.
• Can I install it myself?

  Installation is a job for a heating engineer or electrician: the thermostat wires to the boiler's room-thermostat (dry-contact) terminal for a load up to 5 A. First confirm your boiler has such a terminal. The maker does not publish supply voltage on the official page, so it is verified on the batch label before install.
• How accurately does it hold the room temperature?

  The NTC3950 10K sensor holds room temperature to ±1 °C, the set range is 5–35 °C, and the display reads up to 70 °C. A sensor calibration function lets you correct the reading if the thermostat sits in a spot warmer or cooler than the room average.
