• Does it need a Tuya or Zigbee hub?

  No. The WHT-S02 is a Matter-over-WiFi device: it connects straight to the home router on 2.4 GHz and is added to Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings or Smart Life by scanning the Matter code. There is no separate Tuya or Zigbee hub to buy and power, unlike classic Tuya thermostats.
• Does it work with Apple Home, Google and Alexa at the same time?

  Yes. As a Matter device it can be controlled from several ecosystems at once — Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa and SmartThings — plus Moes' Smart Life app. The warm floor then joins the same scenes and voice commands as the rest of the home, whatever platform each family member uses.
• What type of heating does this version switch?

  The GB version (MWHT-S02-GB-WH-MS) is for electric floor heating, a resistive load up to 16 A. For water heating there is the GA variant, and for a boiler the GC variant, both 5 A, in the same family. This card is strictly the 16 A electric model — check your heating type before ordering.
• How do I schedule the warm floor by day?

  The weekly program takes up to 42 slots, so each day can have its own warm hours — for example warm in the morning and evening, eco during the day. Programming is done from the app or directly on the panel, and the eco mode and frost protection cut consumption while you are away.
• Will it still work if the internet goes down?

  Yes. Matter control is local, so the weekly schedule and the glass-panel adjustment keep working even if the internet or cloud is down. Remote app control and voice assistants need the 2.4 GHz WiFi link, but the heating itself does not depend on the cloud.
• Can I install it myself?

  Installation is an electrician's job: the thermostat wires into a back-box with live and the 16 A heating line, and the NTC floor probe lays into conduit in the screed. The maker does not publish supply voltage on the official page, so it is confirmed on the batch label before install.
• How accurately does it hold the floor temperature?

  The NTC3950 10K sensor holds temperature to ±1 °C, the set range is 5–35 °C, and the display reads up to 70 °C. The schedule timing error is under 1%, and a sensor calibration function lets you correct the reading if the floor shows an offset.
