About this product
Shelly BLU TRV Single pack is a complete starter kit for smart heating of a single room: the box contains a Shelly BLU TRV Bluetooth thermostatic head and a BLU Gateway Gen3 bridge. The head mounts on the radiator valve and automatically holds the temperature between 4 and 30 degrees C in fine 0.1 degree C steps using its built-in temperature sensor.<br><br>The BLU TRV head communicates over Bluetooth 5 (LE) and Zigbee, but to use the Shelly Smart Control app, weekly schedules and cloud access it needs a gateway. The included BLU Gateway Gen3 is a USB dongle that bridges BLU devices to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and serves up to 5 BLU TRV heads.<br><br>Installation is simple: standard M30x1.5 thread plus included adapters for Danfoss, Caleffi and Giacomini, automatic calibration on mounting, a 3-digit LED display and a rotary knob with haptic feedback. It is powered by 2 included AA batteries with up to 2 years of battery life.
