About this product
The Shelly Wall Display Stand Black turns the Shelly Wall Display wall panel into a desktop device - no drilling, no flush-mount box. The screen sits at a 35° tilt, an angle chosen for comfortable reading and tapping while you are seated at a desk.<br><br>The housing is durable black plastic, and a non-slip base keeps the panel steady even when you press on the touchscreen. The cable with its Schuko F (CEE 7/4) plug is already built in, so you connect to an ordinary 230-240V outlet.<br><br>One thing to keep in mind: the stand is a passive accessory. It has no radio, no smart features, and does not work on its own. To actually power the screen you need a Shelly Wall Display plus a Shelly Socket or USB Charger for Wall Display Stand module, both ordered separately.

Is this stand a standalone smart device?
No. The Shelly Wall Display Stand Black is a passive accessory: it has no radio, processor or smart features of its own. Its job is to hold the Shelly Wall Display on your desk at a 35° angle and bring mains power to it through the built-in Schuko plug. All the intelligence stays inside the Wall Display itself.What else do I need to actually use the stand?
You must have a Shelly Wall Display (sold separately) and a 230-240V outlet. To actually power the display you fit a separate module into the stand: either the Shelly Socket for Wall Display Stand or the Shelly USB Charger for Wall Display Stand. The stand alone only provides the cradle and the wiring up to the plug.Which displays is this stand compatible with?
The stand is designed specifically for the Shelly Wall Display. It is not guaranteed for other panels or tablets - the cradle shape and 35° angle are tailored to the Wall Display. If you have the XL model or a different screen, confirm compatibility with CasaSmart before ordering.Does the stand need fixed in-wall wiring?
No. Unlike a flush-mount install, the desktop version simply plugs into a normal outlet via the Schuko F (CEE 7/4) plug already fitted on the cable. There is no cutting into walls. Wiring the power module inside the stand is still a 230V job, so leave that to an electrician if you are not experienced.What is in the box?
The box contains the black Shelly Wall Display Stand itself, with its built-in cable and Schuko plug, plus documentation. The Shelly Wall Display screen and the Shelly Socket or USB Charger module are not included - you order those separately depending on how you want to power the panel.Can I use the stand in a bathroom or outdoors?
Not recommended. The stand and Wall Display are meant for dry indoor use: operating temperature -20°C to 40°C and 30-70% humidity. There is no splash protection, so avoid exposed kitchen zones, bathrooms and outdoor areas. For an office, living room or reception desk in Chisinau it is a good fit.
