Most IMOU models expose Zigbee 3.0 or Matter, making them natively compatible with Home Assistant (Zigbee2MQTT / ZHA) and with Apple Home via Matter bridge. For Wi-Fi proprietary models (e.g. some cloud-only Sonoff subsets) we can flash Tasmota or ESPHome firmware on request.

Yes — via RTSP. PoE models (Bullet 2C, Cruiser SE+, NVRs) support RTSP natively — direct integration in Home Assistant via the `generic_camera` component or Frigate for local AI detection. Wi-Fi models (Cell PT) need RTSP activated in the app before first use.
