• Why does it have two lenses and what do they give?

  One fixed 3.6 mm lens always holds a 76° horizontal panorama, while the second, also 3.6 mm, sits on a motorized head that pans 355° and tilts 0–90°, following a person or a car and zooming in with 8x digital zoom. So you see the whole scene and a close-up at once — a single-lens PoE camera loses the rest of the yard when it turns to a corner.
• Does it work with Home Assistant or a third-party NVR?

  Yes. imou officially lists ONVIF, so the camera is added over ONVIF/RTSP to a third-party NVR, to Home Assistant, to Synology Surveillance Station or to Frigate, alongside other brands' cameras. That lets you pair the PS70F with an imou NVR (such as the N110/N118 series) or with an ONVIF recorder you already run. For the full AI features you still use the Imou Life app.
• How much PoE power does it need, and what cable?

  The camera draws under 12 W and is powered through the 100 Mbps Ethernet port from a PoE switch or NVR; both lenses and the current run on that one cable. Use a shielded Cat5e/Cat6 run and make sure the switch's PoE budget covers the camera. If you have no PoE, it also runs from a DC 12V/1A supply.
• Does it see in colour at night, or only black and white?

  Both, on each lens. Every lens has 4 illuminators combining a white spotlight with infrared LEDs, with three modes: quiet infrared out to 30 m, full-colour with the spotlight on, or Smart Night Vision that turns colour on only on motion. For an entrance where clothing and plates matter, the colour mode changes a lot.
• Does the whole camera rotate, or just one lens?

  Only the second lens, the one on the motorized head, pans 355° and tilts 0–90°. The fixed wide-angle lens does not move under motor power (it has only a manual positioning adjustment at install), so aim it at the main yard area. There is also 8x digital zoom on the image.
• What AI detection does it have, and can I talk through it?

  The AIgo Play platform offers detection of motion, people, vehicles, intrusion into a zone, line crossing and objects that appear or disappear, so alerts stay relevant. It has a built-in mic and speaker for two-way audio, plus 2 red-blue warning lights and a siren for active deterrence.
• Is it for outdoor use, and what memory card does it take?

  The maker rates it as an outdoor, weatherproof model with a sealed connector and a -30 to +50 °C range; the official spec does not print an IP code (distributors state IP66). For storage it takes microSD up to 512 GB, plus the Imou Protect cloud and NVR recording. The card is not included.
