Presence-based lighting

Your home greets you with light — even at night.

Lights respond to movement or presence, taking time and daylight into account. Manual control stays within reach.

You can start with one zone. We check on site whether installation is possible in your finished interior.

Why it is worth planning

With your hands full or on a nighttime trip down the hall, finding a switch is awkward. Routines light the way and turn off forgotten lights.

What changes for you

The light comes on as you walk in and switches off by itself once the room is empty.

We select the essential components and check how they work with your existing equipment.

What makes up the solution

1

A sensor notices presence

Motion or presence sensor

2

Time and daylight are considered

A hub routine using time of day and light level

3

Lighting stays on as needed

A relay, switch or smart light with a switch-off delay

Checked before installation

A seated person and a hallway need different detection settings. We tune detection zones, switch-off delays and familiar switches.

Buy, install or let us handle the project

Before you start

Can it be added after renovation?

Often yes, after checking power, communication, space and installation access.

What is needed besides the device?

Besides a motion or presence sensor, you need a relay, smart switch or light fitting for it to control. Zigbee devices need a gateway or hub, and many in-wall relays need a neutral wire.

Will it work without internet?

We design core automation for local control. Remote access, phone notifications, some voice services and integrations may require internet or additional subscriptions. Dependencies are explained for the chosen system.

How do I get a price?

Device prices are listed in the catalogue. For the cost of the work, call +373 76 004 003 or send a request through the site. The initial phone conversation is free: we clarify what you need and prepare a proposal with the scope and cost. The on-site assessment is paid and credited towards the project under the agreed proposal.
