• Do I need a PC, a server or Home Assistant?

  No. The hub is set up from the eWeLink app and runs on its own. There is no native Home Assistant integration: the CC2652 radio would need reflashing, which voids the warranty.
• How many devices can I connect?

  Directly — up to 26 (10 end devices and 16 routers), and up to 128 in total: mains-powered plugs and relays act as Zigbee routers and raise the ceiling.
• Does it have an Ethernet port?

  No, this is the "Only Wi-Fi" version: it connects to the router over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. If you need wired LAN and a Matter bridge, look at the Zigbee Bridge Ultra.
• What happens when the internet goes down?

  Local scenes between Zigbee devices keep executing, and the built-in RTC keeps schedules on time even after a short power cut. Remote access and push notifications return with the internet.
• How is the Bridge Pro different from the old ZBBridge?

  The device limit grew from 32 to 128, it gained security modes, RTC-backed local scenes and a buzzer, and inside it runs the ESP32 + CC2652 chip pair.
• Does it work with third-party Zigbee sensors?

  The maker guarantees all SONOFF and eWeLink Zigbee devices. Third-party Zigbee 3.0 sensors often join fine, but non-standard implementations may refuse to pair.
• Is voice control supported?

  Yes, by linking your eWeLink account to Alexa or Google Assistant. The available commands depend on each connected sub-device.
• What power does it need?

  5V⎓1A through a Micro-USB socket — most USB adapters will do. Consumption is minimal, and the hub is designed to run around the clock.
