• Why a two-gang switch instead of two single ones?

  Because it brings two light zones to a single spot on the wall: one key for the chandelier, the other for spots or an LED strip, or the hallway on one and the bathroom on the other. Each key switches its own 10A channel independently, and both join the same app scenes — one Star Ring mechanism, two circuits, with no improvised double frames.
• Will it work without a neutral wire in the box?

  No. The -LN suffix means Line+Neutral: this model mandatorily needs line and neutral in the box and will not start at all without a neutral, because its electronics are powered from the neutral, not through the bulb. If only line reaches your wall, choose the neutral-optional variant in the same Star Ring series; for wiring with a neutral already at every point, -LN is the right pick.
• Which Zigbee hub do I need to use it?

  The official page explicitly requires a ZigBee gateway, bought separately. The simplest for a Moes setup is a Zigbee/Tuya hub, after which both keys appear in the Tuya/Smart Life app; as a standard Zigbee 3.0 device it also pairs into a SmartThings hub. Without a gateway there is no remote control or scenes — it stays only a local mechanical key.
• What load does each key carry and what are the LED limits?

  Each of the two channels switches up to 10A at AC100-240V 50/60Hz, with the module's own draw under 2W. For home lighting — spots, panels and LED strips, chandeliers — this current is plenty for both zones. Put a correctly rated breaker ahead of the line per your installation's rules; heavy loads do not belong here.
• Why does the neutral version switch LEDs more cleanly?

  Because the electronics take their own permanent supply from the neutral instead of leeching current through the bulb filaments as no-neutral wiring does. That residual current is what causes flicker, off-state glow and buzz on low-wattage LEDs. With a neutral at the terminal, both zones stay fully off when switched off and turn on cleanly.
• Can I add it to Alexa or Apple Home?

  The product page lists only the Tuya/Smart Life app and a Zigbee/Tuya gateway, plus compatibility as a standard Zigbee 3.0 device with a SmartThings hub. On this page the maker does not claim Alexa, Google Home or Apple Home integration; if voice or HomeKit matter, ask us first and we will check the path via the Tuya account or a bridge.
• How does it differ from the grey variant and the 3-gang model?

  Versus the grey twin ZS-SR-EU2-LN-GY-MS only the glass-face colour differs; the rest — 2 gangs, neutral required, 10A relay, Zigbee 3.0, the same Star Ring halo — is identical. If you need to control three light lines from one place, there is the 3-gang ZS-SR-EU3-LN; for a single zone, the ZS-SR-EU1-LN.
• Will the light still work if the internet goes down?

  Yes. The two mechanical keys switch their channels directly, regardless of the network, and the Zigbee commands between the switch and the gateway travel locally. The internet is only needed for remote access and cloud voice assistants; wall control and local scenes stay available offline.
