• What is the glowing Star Ring halo for?

  The Star Ring is a circular halo that glows softly around the key, like a starry sky. At night it shows exactly where to press without turning on the main light, and on the wall it gives the white glass face a minimalist look. It is orientation light, not room lighting; the brightness stays low so it does not disturb sleep.
• Will it work without a neutral wire in the back box?

  Yes. "Neutral optional" means the ZS-SR-EU1 connects without a neutral and works properly when one is present — the only firm condition is the live wire, which is a must. In older Chișinău flats with only a live in the box it fits directly. Without a neutral, on small LED loads check for flicker and use compatible bulbs.
• How does it differ from the LN version that requires a neutral?

  Same Star Ring face and same 10A relay, but the wiring differs. This model (neutral optional) runs with or without a neutral wire, so it suits older installs with no neutral in the box. The LN version requires both live and neutral (L+N) and gives more reliable, flicker-free switching on small LED loads, but only where a neutral is present.
• Which Zigbee hub do I need to use it?

  It needs a Moes/Tuya Zigbee gateway, sold separately — the official page explicitly requires one. Once paired, the switch appears in the Tuya/Smart Life app, joins scenes and schedules, and can be controlled remotely. Without a gateway the key switches the light mechanically, but with no smart features, remote control or automations.
• Can I add it to Alexa, Google Home or Apple Home?

  The official Moes page lists the Tuya/Smart Life app and a Zigbee gateway for this model. As a standard Zigbee 3.0 device it also pairs into a SmartThings hub. Alexa and Google Home voice assistants usually work through the Tuya account but are not confirmed in this page's official spec; Apple Home is not natively supported. Every path goes through the gateway.
• What load does it carry and can it run a smart bulb?

  The relay switches up to 10A at 100-240V AC — enough for an ordinary home lighting circuit. Smart bulbs are best not de-powered: if you want them always energised, link the switch to the bulbs in Tuya scenes instead of breaking the line. For heavy loads such as a water heater the series offers the 20A ZS-SR-EUB model.
• Will the light still work if the internet goes down?

  Yes. Zigbee commands travel locally between the switch and the gateway, so presses and scenes keep working offline. The key switches the line directly in any case, regardless of the network. The internet is only needed for remote access and cloud voice assistants.
