• How does the "2-in-1" light plus scene work?

  Each key can be set, in the Tuya / MOES app, either to Light Mode — it physically switches its own circuit through the relay — or to Scene Mode, where a press sends a Zigbee command able to fire a whole-room scene (lights, curtains, climate). The two modes do not run at the same time on one key; choose each zone's role up front.
• Can the two keys have different roles?

  Yes. They are two independent zones: you can leave one on Light to drive a real lamp and switch the other to Scene as a "movie night" or "leaving" button. Or keep both on Light, like an ordinary but smart two-gang switch. It is configured per key in the app.
• Is the neutral wire mandatory?

  Yes. This is the "With Neutral Wire" model — the neutral is mandatory and must reach the back box. It is not a no-neutral variant, so check the neutral before ordering; in older stock where only live reaches the box it will not fit directly. Working voltage is 90–250 V AC.
• Which Zigbee hub does it need?

  As a Zigbee 3.0 device it needs a Tuya Zigbee gateway (sold separately) — it does not join Wi-Fi directly. Through that hub and the Tuya Smart / MOES app it enters scenes alongside Smart Life and SmartThings devices. • What load does each key take?

  Each of the two zones switches 10 A, 10 A total for the device, at 90–250 V. It is built for lighting; do not wire a water heater, a towel rail or other heating loads here. The in-series install with the two load lines is a job for an electrician.
• What are the skin-feel texture and the 4-level vibration?

  The Star Feather panel is moulded from matte AG glass with a skin-feel texture — pleasant to the touch and fingerprint-resistant — and the floating touch answers from any angle, not just the centre. On every press the device gives a haptic vibration adjustable over four levels, so you feel the confirmation without adding noise; a soft night backlight marks the keys in the dark.
• Does the light still work if the internet drops?

  In Light Mode the key switches its own circuit locally through the relay, so it turns the light on and off even if the internet or the gateway is down. Scene Mode and app commands, however, run through the Zigbee hub, so scenes and remote control wait for the connection to return. A key set to Scene no longer cuts its own circuit physically.
