• Can the two zones behave differently?

  Yes. The two keys run two separate lighting lines, and each zone can be left to follow presence or kept on manual control, configured in the Tuya Smart app. Note that there is a single mmWave radar shared by both zones — the detection field is common, and you create the different behaviour through scenes rather than physically.
• How is it different from an ordinary PIR sensor?

  The 10 GHz mmWave radar detects not just movement but presence with small motions — breathing, a moving hand — across more than 100° and up to 6 m. So the light will not switch off while you sit still at a desk or on the sofa, the classic failing of PIR sensors. Sensitivity is tuned in the app to keep false triggers away.
• Does it work without a neutral wire?

  Yes, the neutral is optional: the ZS-S-EU2 supports both with-neutral and no-neutral wiring, so it fits old boxes where only live arrives. On the no-neutral scheme, a very small LED load on one zone can show slight flicker — check at install and, if needed, raise the load on that line a little.
• Which Zigbee hub does it need?

  As a Zigbee 3.0 device it needs a Tuya Zigbee gateway (sold separately) — it does not join Wi-Fi directly. Through that hub and the Tuya Smart / MOES app it enters scenes and answers Amazon Alexa and Google Home. • What load does each zone handle?

  The relay switches 10 A and up to 300 W on each of the two zones, at 110–240 V, with standby current under 60 µA. It is meant for lighting; do not put loads above the limit or heavy motors/fans on a line. The in-series install with the two load lines is a job for an electrician.
• How big is it and will it fit my box?

  The frame measures 86 × 86 × 38.8 mm and is made for a standard square 86 mm back-box. The roughly 39 mm depth needs a deep enough box; in older buildings measure the clearance before ordering. The housing is white V0 flame-retardant PC+ABS and is indoor-only.
• Does the light still work if the internet drops?

  Yes. The keys always control the light locally, through the relay, even if the internet or the gateway is down — you are not left in the dark. Presence automations and Alexa / Google Home voice commands, however, run through the Zigbee hub and the Tuya app, so those need the gateway and network to be up.
