• Why does the ZS-SR-EU2-LN switch require a neutral?

  The -LN suffix means Line + Neutral: the electronics draw power from the N terminal, not through the lamp. So no residual current passes through the off fixture, and switching on both channels stays clean — no flicker and no faint glow from an 'off' LED. If your box has only a line wire, take the ZS-SR-EU2 without -LN.
• Does it work without a hub or connect straight to the Wi-Fi router?

  It needs a Moes/Tuya ZigBee gateway — on Zigbee 3.0 it does not connect to the Wi-Fi router directly. Through the gateway you get remote control, scenes, schedules and voice. Without a gateway the two keys still switch the light locally, just without the smart part.
• Why does it have two keys and what does each switch?

  It has exactly two keys, one per light line on that wall — for example the hallway spots on one and the mirror sconce on the other. Each channel switches independently up to 10 A, so you can turn one zone off and keep the other on.
• What load does each key carry?

  Each channel switches up to 10 A at AC100–240 V 50/60 Hz, with under 2 W standby. It is sized for ordinary home lighting — spots, ceiling fixtures, LED strips — not for a boiler, a cooker hood or other high-power loads.
• What is the Star Ring halo and does it disturb at night?

  The Star Ring halo is a backlight around the keys with a starry-sky effect that discreetly outlines both keys in the dark. The glow is faint and does not light the room — it only helps you find the key without groping along the wall.
• Can I control it through Alexa or Google Home?

  Yes — through the Moes/Tuya gateway and the Tuya/Smart Life app you link Alexa, Google Home and SmartThings, so each zone can be turned off and on by voice. Apple Home is not natively supported on this version.
• Will it fit a standard Moldovan back box and is it hard to install?

  Installation is electrician work, because the box must receive line, neutral and the two load wires. In Moldova's older buildings the neutral often does not reach the switch point and is brought over from the junction box. Dimensions are not officially published, so confirm the back-box depth at install.
