• Why choose the neutral-required version over the no-neutral one?

  Because the neutral gives clean switching. The no-neutral version passes a small current through the bulb to power its radio, which on some LEDs causes flicker or an off-state glow. The -LN- model draws current from the neutral, so the LED either burns steady or goes fully dark, with no anti-flicker capacitor. Pick it if you are renovating with a neutral at every switch; otherwise take the no-neutral ZS-SR-EU1.
• Will it work without a neutral wire in the back box?

  No. The "LN" in the name means Line + Neutral, so the N terminal must receive a neutral or the electronics won't power up. If the back box carries only the line — common in older Moldovan buildings — take the no-neutral ZS-SR-EU1 from the same range, or have the electrician jumper a neutral over from the junction box.
• Which hub do I need to use it?

  A MOES or Tuya Zigbee gateway. The switch pairs to the gateway, which brings it into the MOES/Tuya Smart app for remote control, scenes and automations. Without a gateway it works only locally as an ordinary touch switch; the Zigbee radio needs a coordinator to join the smart home.
• Will LED bulbs flicker with this switch?

  They shouldn't — that is exactly the point of the neutral version. Because the electronics draw from the neutral rather than through the bulb, no residual current passes through the off load, which is the main cause of LED flicker and off-state glow. No anti-flicker capacitor in the box is needed.
• Can I control it through Alexa, Google Home or SmartThings?

  Yes, through the gateway. Once paired to the MOES/Tuya gateway and showing in the MOES/Tuya Smart app, MOES lists control via Alexa, Google Home and SmartThings. Voice and scenes go through the gateway, never straight from the switch. Apple Home is not natively supported.
• What load does it carry and what are its limits?

  The relay switches 10 A per gang on AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz, drawing under 2 W itself. That covers ordinary room lighting circuits. A 10 A breaker goes ahead of the line. Unlike the no-neutral mode, there is no minimum load here, so it runs even low-wattage LED bulbs without trouble.
• What is the difference from the white version?

  Only the frame colour: the ZS-SR-EU1-LN-GY-MS is grey and the ZS-SR-EU1-LN-WH-MS is white. The electronics, the 10 A relay, the required neutral and the Star Ring halo are identical. Pick grey for cool-toned walls or exposed concrete, white for classic light plaster.
