• Does the ZS-SF-EU4 need a separate hub?

  Yes. As a Zigbee device it does not pair with a phone on its own — it needs a Zigbee gateway: a MOES Hub or any Tuya ZigBee coordinator. Through that gateway the Tuya / Smart Life app and voice assistants come in. If you have no gateway yet, one can be added to the same order.
• How many circuits do the four keys control?

  Four fully separate circuits — each key has its own relay, schedule and scene. It is built for a busy point: hallway, stairs, terrace and a sconce on one grey plate. All four exit through the same Zigbee gateway but work independently of one another.
• Is a neutral wire mandatory?

  Yes. The ZS-SF-EU4 requires a neutral in the box — it is not a no-neutral model. The four relays draw from the neutral, so check that the box by the door has a neutral conductor. If it is missing, one must be pulled, an electrician's job. The 86-type mechanism also needs a deep box.
• How much load does each key take?

  10 A per gang and 10 A total, at 90–250 V AC, 50/60 Hz. It is built for lighting — four light groups. Heating appliances such as a water heater or towel rail do not belong here. The maker does not publish the maximum load in watts on the product page.
• What is the 2-in-1 Light / Scene mode?

  Each key can be Light, where a press physically breaks the circuit, or Scene, where a press sends a command to other devices through the gateway. Switching is one tap in the app. The two modes do not run at once on one key, but across the four keys you can split them differently.
• Does it work with Home Assistant and voice assistants?

  Yes. Through a Tuya / Smart Life account Google Home, Alexa and voice assistants come in. Being Zigbee 3.0 with standard clusters, the device can be adopted by SmartThings or brought locally into Home Assistant via Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA. In every case a Zigbee gateway is needed.
• How does the grey version differ from the white?

  Only the plate colour — grey instead of white. The electronics, the four keys, the AG matte skin-feel glass, the four-level vibration and the 10 A limits are identical. Grey suits darker walls or sits next to grey frames already mounted; white exists as a lighter option.
• What does the maker not publish for this model?

  The official page does not state the housing dimensions, the maximum load in watts, an IP rating or certifications in its text, so we do not invent them. The lack of an IP rating means mounting on the dry side of the wall only; check the back-box depth beforehand, as the 86-type mechanism needs room.
