• Can I replace my triple switch without breaking the wall?

  Yes, if the back box has a neutral. The ZS-SF-EU3 is a three-gang model that drops into the place of a mechanical triple switch: reconnect line, neutral and the three light returns to the L1/L2/L3 terminals, with no new chasing. Just check the box depth — the mechanism needs room behind it.
• Is a neutral wire mandatory?

  Yes. Unlike some no-neutral models, this Zigbee version needs a neutral for permanent power to its electronics. In a house with modern wiring the neutral is usually already in the box; in older stock with only line and return the device will not start — check before ordering.
• Does it need a separate hub?

  Yes. As a Zigbee device it does not pair with a phone on its own — it needs a Zigbee/Tuya gateway (a MOES/Tuya hub), bought separately. Through it the switch reaches the Tuya / Smart Life app for scenes and schedules. If you have no hub, one can be added to the same order.
• How much load do the three keys take?

  Each channel switches up to 10 A, but the total per device is still 10 A, at 90–250 V AC. It is built for lighting groups — chandelier, spots, sconces; heavy appliances such as a water heater or an electric heater do not belong here. For LED bulbs there is a comfortable margin.
• What are the Star Feather design and the matte AG glass?

  Star Feather describes the faceplate: matte AG glass, anti-glare, fingerprint-resistant, with a skin-feel surface that neither mirrors the ceiling lamp nor stays smudged. The touch is floating and fires from any angle, and the haptic feedback has four adjustable levels.
• Can I set a key to a scene, not just a lamp?

  Yes. It is a 2-in-1 switch: in light mode a key turns on its own line, while in scene mode it sends a command through the gateway to other devices in the house. So a single press can turn off all three lines and light a night light — set up in the Tuya app.
• Does the light work if the internet or hub fails?

  Local switching works either way — press a key and the lamp comes on; the Zigbee mesh runs inside the house, with no internet. Only remote access and voice commands wait for the connection to return. If the hub itself fails, automated scenes pause until it restarts, but manual light stays.
• How does the white variant differ from the grey?

  Only the panel colour: this variant has a white panel that matches white frames already in place, while the twin has a grey panel for a more understated look. The electronics, the three keys, the 10 A limit and the neutral-and-gateway requirement are identical on both.
