• Why three gangs on one switch?

  For a kitchen open to the living room, where three light circuits — the cooking ceiling light, the lounge spots and the table pendant — would otherwise need three switches in a row. The ZS-SF-EU3 puts them on one grey frame, each key running its own line, keeping the wall by the door clean.
• Does it need a separate hub?

  Yes. The ZS-SF-EU3 is a Zigbee 3.0 device and does not pair with a phone on its own — it needs a Zigbee gateway, for example a Tuya/Moes hub. Without one the keys stay plain switches, with no scenes and no remote control. If you have no gateway, one can be added to the same order.
• Is a neutral wire mandatory?

  Yes. Unlike some relays, the ZS-SF-EU3 has no no-neutral mode — the neutral is mandatory, otherwise the unit will not start. Check the back box before ordering; in older stock with only line and return, a neutral will have to be pulled to the switch.
• How much load does each gang take?

  Each channel carries up to 10 A, with a 10 A total per frame, at 90–250 V AC, 50/60 Hz. It is built for lighting; heating appliances such as a water heater or electric radiator do not belong here. Spread the three light circuits so the total stays below 10 A.
• What does a 2-in-1 light-and-scene switch mean?

  Each key can work in light mode, physically switching the circuit, or in scene mode, sending a Zigbee command without breaking the load. The modes swap with a tap in the Tuya/Smart Life app but do not run at once on the same key — you choose the mode per line.
• How do I adjust the vibration and backlight?

  The haptic feedback is adjustable across four levels, from a barely-felt tap to a firm one, from the app. The soft backlight stays dimly lit so you find the keys at night, handy in the passage between kitchen and living room. The matte AG glass holds no fingerprints, so the panel looks clean even after many touches.
• Does it work with Home Assistant and voice assistants?

  Yes. As a standard Zigbee 3.0 device it joins Home Assistant via Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA and SmartThings, alongside the Tuya/Smart Life app. Amazon Alexa is confirmed as a voice assistant. Google Home is not explicitly stated on the maker's page, so we do not guarantee it.
