• Can I use the panel with the curtain motor I already have?

  Yes, if it is an ordinary AC curtain, roller or blind motor — the maker states compatibility with over 95% of curtain types. The panel switches 3 A / 600 W at 90–250 V AC and drives one motor, which is enough. Just check the motor's label does not exceed 3 A.
• Do I need a gateway, or does the panel work on its own?

  For smart features, yes: the ZS-SR-EUC is a Zigbee 3.0 device and needs a Tuya/Zigbee gateway (bought separately) for the Tuya/Smart Life app, percentages, schedules and voice. Without a gateway you are left with just the three wall touch zones, which drive the motor directly.
• Why is a neutral wire required?

  The panel is permanently powered to keep its Zigbee radio alive and switch the motor both ways, and for that it needs both live and neutral in the box. At a box with only a switched live, the neutral must be pulled in first — which is why we recommend an electrician for the install.
• What does the 433 MHz RF remote do, and is it included?

  The RF remote is optional and not in the box. Besides Zigbee, the panel also listens on 433 MHz, so a compatible RF remote drives the curtain without a gateway — handy for a physical button by the bed or for anyone who avoids the app. At CasaSmart we can help you pick a suitable remote.
• Can I set how far the curtain opens?

  Yes, once paired to a gateway: in the Tuya/Smart Life app the curtain can stop at any percentage — say 40% for soft light or 100% in the morning. And up to 30 scheduled periods per day repeat the open and close automatically, hands-free.
• Which voice assistants and ecosystems does it work with?

  Through a Tuya/Zigbee gateway the panel joins the Tuya/Smart Life app and answers voice via Amazon Alexa and Google Home. As a Zigbee/Tuya device it also integrates with SmartThings. Apple Home and Yandex Alice are not confirmed for this model, so we do not promise them.
• Can one panel control two windows?

  No: the output drives a single motor, so each window gets its own panel. Synchronous movement is set up in the hub — a scene or group in the Tuya app sends the command to all panels at once, while each curtain stays individually controllable.
