What is needed besides the device?

Besides the motor, you need a suitable curtain track or shutter, power at the mounting point and a button or control module. Zigbee motors need a gateway or hub.

Will it work without internet?

We design core automation for local control. Remote access, phone notifications, some voice services and integrations may require internet or additional subscriptions. Dependencies are explained for the chosen system.
