• Can I use the panel without a Zigbee hub?

  Only partly. Without a Tuya/Smart Life Zigbee gateway, the three physical keys on the body — up, pause, down — work like a classic curtain switch. Opening percentages, schedules of up to 30 periods, voice and remote control appear only after the panel is paired to a Zigbee gateway, which is sold separately.
• How does it differ from the grey ZRS-SR-EUC-GY-MS version?

  Technically, not at all: white and grey are the same switch — the same Zigbee 3.0 + RF, the same 3A/600W load, the same functions. Only the faceplate colour differs. White suits light walls and white frames; grey blends into darker walls or cool-toned finishes.
• What does 'RF 433 MHz' mean alongside Zigbee?

  Besides the Zigbee 3.0 network (which runs through the gateway), the panel also has a 433 MHz RF radio. It accepts an RF remote (sold separately), handy for opening or closing the curtain directly, with no phone and no hub. Smart control — percentages, scenes, voice — still rides on Zigbee through the gateway.
• Is a neutral mandatory for installation?

  Yes. The panel needs the neutral conductor (N) in the box — it will not power up without it. Many boxes wired only for a plain curtain key carry just live and return, with no neutral, so check this before buying. If the neutral is missing, an electrician must run it to the box by the window.
• Which curtain motors does it support?

  The maker states compatibility with over 95% of common curtain motors — electric curtain tracks, roller shutters and AC-driven blinds. One panel drives a single motor (up to 3A/600W). For two adjacent windows, use two panels and group them in the app for synchronous travel. It is still worth checking your motor's label at the showroom.
• Which ecosystems does it work with?

  As a Tuya Zigbee device, the panel joins the Tuya/Smart Life app and, from there, SmartThings, while for voice it is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. All of this goes through the Zigbee gateway. Apple Home and Home Assistant are not officially listed for this model, so we do not promise them.
• How do I fix a curtain that goes up instead of down?

  Travel direction is reversed in the Tuya/Smart Life app, without moving any wires. After travel calibration, if the 'up' key lowers the curtain, switch the direction in the settings and the problem is gone. This makes the install more forgiving: there is no need to remove the panel if the motor was wired the wrong way round.
