• Does it need a hub, or does it connect to the phone?

  The ZB-LZD10 is a ZigBee 3.0 end-device and does NOT connect to a phone directly — it needs a Tuya/ZigBee gateway (a Moes hub or any Tuya ZigBee gateway; Tuya recommends its own ZigBee hub). Through that hub it appears in the Tuya/Smart Life and MOES apps. With no gateway, the app cannot see it.
• How is the 10W model better than the 6W one?

  At 10W it gives more light from one point and has a bigger body with a 132mm face — for a kitchen or a larger room where a 6W spot falls short. The rest of the features match: tunable 2700K-6500K white, RGB and scenes through the Tuya gateway.
• What hole diameter should be cut in the ceiling?

  The maker publishes a 60mm cut-out and a 132mm face; height and depth are not officially stated, so measure the ceiling recess depth before ordering. The 132/60mm figures come from the Zigbee2MQTT device database, specific to this model.
• Which platforms and voice assistants does it support?

  Through the Tuya/ZigBee gateway the light runs in the Tuya/Smart Life and MOES apps and takes Alexa and Google Home voice commands; SmartThings and Philips Hue integrations are supported too. From there it joins scenes, group control, music sync and 1-100% dimming.
• How do I fit it in place of an existing spot?

  Remove the old spot and wire the ZB-LZD10 onto the same 110-250V ceiling line. The cut-out is 60mm; check the recess depth is enough for the body before ordering. The work is done with the power off at the board and is an electrician's job.
• Can it be used in a bathroom or outdoors?

  We do not recommend it for wet or outdoor areas: Moes does not publish an IP rating for this model, so we treat it as an indoor fitting — dry kitchen, living room, bedroom, office or hallway. For a bathroom choose a fitting rated IP44 or higher.
• Will the light switch itself on after a power cut?

  It has a memory function, so after power returns it can go back to its last setting, and the Do Not Disturb mode can keep it off instead of switching itself on at night. Several LZD10 spots in one room are controlled together via grouping in the Tuya app.
