What is needed besides the device?
Besides the sensor, you need a motorised valve on the water inlet, a gateway or hub that runs the routine, and power for the actuator. Phone notifications need an internet connection.
Will it work without internet?
We design core automation for local control. Remote access, phone notifications, some voice services and integrations may require internet or additional subscriptions. Dependencies are explained for the chosen system.
