What we clarify before work
Network and unified control
We clarify the floor area and number of levels, where the provider’s router sits, which rooms matter for work and video, and whether cable can be run. Real speed also depends on your internet plan and the device itself.

How pricing works
How is the service priced?
After discussion we prepare a proposal separating equipment, work, additional components and terms. The final cost depends on scope and property.
Is a site visit needed?
Not always — we decide that after the first phone call. The initial phone conversation is free: we clarify what you need and prepare a proposal with the scope and cost. The on-site assessment is paid and credited towards the project under the agreed proposal.
How is the system handed over?
We demonstrate the controls, check the agreed functions and hand over access and the available documents. Support is specified in the proposal.
