CasaSmart installation is the physical, visible side of a smart home: we mount the devices you already own or choose from our catalog and bring them into service correctly. We work with Shelly in-wall modules (we are an official Shelly distributor in Moldova), Sonoff relays and switches, lighting fixtures, Imou cameras and Anviz access-control systems. We don't just sell the box — we come, install and test until everything works the way it should.
Most of the work stays hidden: Shelly and Sonoff modules sit behind your switches and sockets in deep enough back-boxes, without changing the look of the room. For Imou cameras we route the cable neatly and set the viewing angle; for Anviz access control we mount readers, electric locks and exit buttons. Motion, door/window, water-leak and climate sensors (Zigbee or Wi-Fi) go where there is real coverage, not just where they are easy to stick.
Then comes commissioning: pairing, joining the network, checking firmware and bringing everything into a single app so you don't juggle ten programs. We test each scenario, label the modules and give you a short walkthrough. Core relay logic can keep working locally, so lighting and essential switching don't fully depend on the internet, even though some advanced features (notifications, remote access) run through the cloud.

Usually not. Shelly and Sonoff in-wall modules fit behind your existing switches and sockets in deep enough back-boxes, without changing the wiring in the walls. If a box is too shallow or the neutral is missing, we tell you in advance, at the technical audit.
Core relay logic and local commands can keep working without internet, so lighting and essential switching don't stop if the connection drops. Features tied to remote access, phone notifications or voice assistants need cloud and an active network.
Yes. We are based in Chișinău but travel across Moldova. For more distant locations we plan the visit and the install in a single trip, as efficiently as possible. Travel details are agreed at the free consultation, depending on the project.
The consultation is free, and the install price is calculated per project — the number of modules, cameras and access points plus on-site complexity. Device cost comes separately from the catalog. After the audit you get a clear estimate with no surprises.
