We install and configure complete systems: Imou indoor and outdoor cameras, NVR recording, Ajax wireless alarm with motion, door and glass-break sensors, and Anviz access control for doors and gates. CasaSmart installs and integrates these brands — we choose models around your layout, distances, power and the zones you actually need to cover, not a generic checklist.
What sets us apart is the integration. Where the hardware allows, we bring the cameras, alarm and sensors into Home Assistant so notifications, recordings and scenes live in one place. That makes real rules possible: the yard light turns on when a camera sees motion at night, you get a snapshot notification when someone is at the door, or arming the alarm switches off part of your loads. Local communication between devices means core scenes can keep working even if the internet drops, with less dependence on the cloud.
We keep the install clean and built to last: concealed runs where possible, correct power, placement that avoids blind spots and glare into the lens, and clear labelling. For cameras we use Wi-Fi or cabling (PoE) depending on the site; for sensors and door contacts we often use Zigbee, and IR or BLE are there for remotes and receivers where it makes sense.
We don't hand you an app you can't read. We set up recording, retention and user access, show you how to arm and disarm, how to check cameras remotely and pull up the archive. Device costs come from the catalog, the first consultation is free, and the work price is set per project once we've seen the site and your real needs.
