• Does it really work with no neutral wire in the box?

  Yes — this is the '-L' no-neutral version: only the live and the two lighting lines reach the terminals, just like an ordinary switch. No-neutral mode passes a small current through the load, so the maker asks for at least 3 W per channel. If a neutral does reach the box and you want the network-router role, pick the MINI-ZB2GS-E version instead.
• Why does my LED bulb flicker, and how do I fix it?

  In no-neutral mode a small current always flows through the load. Below 3 W per channel — a single very low-power LED — the bulb may flicker or glow dimly. Fixes: put two fittings on the line to clear 3 W, use a compatible bulb, or add an anti-flicker module. With normal lighting loads the issue does not appear.
• Which Zigbee hub does it need?

  A Zigbee 3.0 coordinator. Sonoff recommends the ZBBridge-P, ZBBridge-U, NSPanel Pro and iHost; the ZBDongle-P/E dongles also work, and through them the panel runs officially in Home Assistant (ZHA and Zigbee2MQTT). Unlike the with-neutral versions, this model is an end device, not a router — it does not relay network traffic. Once paired, control stays local.
• How does it differ from the with-neutral MINI-ZB2GS-E?

  The form factor is the same — an 86 × 86 mm glass panel with two keys — but the electronics differ. This '-L' version runs with no neutral, carries 8 A per channel (12 A total) and is an end device. The MINI-ZB2GS-E needs a neutral, carries 10 A per channel (16 A total) and acts as a network router with relaying. The wall box decides: if there is no neutral, this is the model for you.
• Can I control the switch from Apple Home?

  Not directly. As a Zigbee device, it reaches Apple Home only through a Matter bridge — for example a ZBBridge-U or eWeLink CUBE that exposes the Zigbee network as Matter. Without such a bridge you still have eWeLink control, Alexa and Google voice commands, and Home Assistant automations via ZHA or Zigbee2MQTT.
• How do I pair it, and what automations does it have?

  Pairing starts by holding the button for five seconds or pressing a key ten times in a row, after which it shows up in the hub's app. Handy functions: Detach Relay lifts a key out of the power circuit and makes it a scene trigger, and the state after power returns can be set to on, off or last state — useful on a grid with short outages.
• What loads can I connect, and what is the per-channel limit?

  Each channel carries 8 A, up to 12 A total resistive load at 100–240 V~. On LED the upper limit is 300 W at 240 V per channel (600 W total). The model is meant for lighting; for shutter motors use a dedicated module, not these two channels. Keep a 12 A breaker ahead of the panel in the board.
