• Can this dimmer set two lighting circuits separately?

  Yes, that is the point of the 2-gang version: the two Star Ring rings on one frame drive two independent circuits — say the chandelier on one gang and the spots on the other — each with its own 0–254 step brightness, remembered separately. One gang can sit at 30% while the other stays at 100%.
• Do I need a hub for the Moes ZS-SR-EUD2 dimmer?

  Yes. It is a Zigbee 3.0 device with no Wi-Fi radio of its own, so it needs a Tuya ZigBee gateway, which the manufacturer sells separately. Without a paired gateway the dimmer appears neither in the Smart Life app nor in Alexa or Google Home. CasaSmart can help you pick the right gateway.
• What load does each gang take and which bulbs fit?

  Per gang: up to 600 W incandescent or 200 W dimmable LED-CFL at 220 V (300 W and 100 W at 110 V), on 90–250 V AC 50/60 Hz mains. The bulb must be marked dimmable — a non-dimmable one will flicker or buzz. For an unstable low end, each gang has its own minimum-brightness setting.
• Is a neutral wire required?

  Yes, a neutral wire is mandatory for this dimmer — the box needs both live and neutral. In Soviet-era buildings the neutral does not always reach the switch box, so check the wiring before ordering. Installation is done by an electrician.
• Does it work with Alexa and Google Home?

  Yes, once the dimmer is paired to the Tuya ZigBee gateway and added in the Smart Life app, it appears in Amazon Alexa and Google Home for voice commands — on/off and level control per gang. Apple Home and Yandex Alice are not stated by the manufacturer for this model.
• Can I control one light from several points?

  Yes, through multi-control association in the app: the dimmer links to a second (or third) control point on the same light — handy in a long hallway or on the stairs of a two-storey house. The feature is set up in the Tuya / Smart Life app, so it needs the ZigBee gateway active.
• Does it keep its settings after a power cut?

  Yes. Settings are stored in the module, and each gang has its own power-on behaviour: off, on or previous. Per gang you also set the ring backlight mode (off, normal or inverted as a night marker) and a countdown timer up to 12 hours.
