• Does the screen work without a hub?

  Yes. As soon as the battery is in, the sensor measures and shows temperature and humidity on the LCD by itself. A Zigbee 3.0 hub is only needed for eWeLink: alerts, history and scenes.
• Which hubs does the maker confirm?

  The official list: SONOFF Zigbee Bridge Pro, NSPanel Pro, the ZBDongle-E/P dongles (via iHost or Home Assistant) and Alexa speakers with a built-in Zigbee hub. Other Zigbee 3.0 gateways work too.
• What battery does it take and how do I see it running low?

  A 3 V CR2450 coin cell; the maker quotes up to 2 years of life. The level shows permanently as an icon on the screen, and with a hub connected eWeLink mirrors it in the app.
• Can I switch the scale to Fahrenheit?

  Yes, the sensor displays both °C and °F — the switch is built in by the maker; in Moldova you will most likely stay with Celsius.
• How is it different from the SNZB-02P?

  The screen. The 02P measures the same temperature and humidity over Zigbee 3.0 but shows readings only in the app; the 02D displays them on the spot. It is noticeably bigger for it — skip the visible digits and the 02P will do.
• Will it show up in Apple Home?

  Not directly — the SNZB-02D is not a Matter device. The official route is a Matter bridge: the SONOFF ZBBridge-U or eWeLink CUBE expose it to Apple Home as a bridged device.
• Where is the history kept and can I export it?

  In the eWeLink cloud, free, up to 6 months of hourly data: trends, highs and lows for any hour or day, with the whole set exportable as a file.
• How do I mount it above a cot or next to a desk?

  Three stock options: a stand for a table or shelf, a magnetic back for steel surfaces and a 3M adhesive pad for the wall. A magnet will not hold on drywall — the 3M pad is the answer there.
