• What does the "4-In-1" in the name mean?

  The round face is split into four physical buttons in a single body. Each one reads four gestures — single, double, triple and long press — giving up to 16 scene triggers.
• How is it better than the classic SNZB-01P button?

  The maker lists three upgrades: a stronger transmitter (up to 130 m in the open), new pairing options — TouchLink, eWeLink-Remote mode and auto-reconnect — plus up to 16 scenes on a single device.
• Can the button do anything with no gateway at all?

  One exception — TouchLink: Zigbee bulbs that support it (Philips Hue or IKEA, for example) are controlled directly, pairing from within 10 cm. Scenes, however, need a coordinator: a Zigbee gateway or a device acting as an eWeLink-Remote gateway.
• What is eWeLink-Remote mode for?

  It is a direct local channel to compatible SONOFF relays and switches: commands skip the cloud and fire even without internet. The price is triple-press — in this mode each key keeps three gestures, so 12 commands. The mode changes via the slide switch under the battery cover.
• How long does the battery last with the whole family pressing it?

  The maker budgets 50 presses a day: at that pace the CR2477 lasts at least 4 years in Zigbee mode and about 2 years in eWeLink-Remote. The cover unscrews with a coin; swapping takes a minute.
• Does the button get along with Alexa, Alice or Google Home?

  Through eWeLink, presses become routine triggers in Alexa, Yandex Alice and IFTTT. Google Home is not supported by the maker. A SmartThings Hub V3 pairs directly but allows only 12 scenes. For Apple Home there is one route — the ZBBridge-U or eWeLink CUBE Matter bridge.
• Can I tie a key straight to a lamp, without app scenes?

  Yes, two ways: TouchLink links it directly to compatible bulbs, and Home Assistant offers Bindings — device-to-device. Keep the main limit in mind: in scenes the button can only ever be a trigger condition, never an executor.
