• Can the MINI-D output switch 220 V?

  No. The output is a dry contact for signal circuits and DC loads up to 24V⎓2A (motors up to 8 W); the maker explicitly forbids wiring mains to NO/COM/NC. For live loads pick a MINIR4M or BASIC-1GS, and run heavy lines through a contactor whose coil the MINI-D drives.
• How do I wire it to a gas boiler?

  To the boiler's room-thermostat terminals (usually marked TA or RT): NO and COM close and the boiler gets its heat call. The module takes its own power separately, from mains or 12–48 V DC. Check the boiler's manual for the exact terminals and leave the wiring to an electrician.
• Does it work with a garage door or an automatic gate?

  Yes, when the motor is triggered by a button closure. The official test: short the terminals the wall button is wired to — if the door moves, it is compatible and the MINI-D contact goes in the button's place.
• What powers the module itself?

  Either 100–240 V mains through the L and N terminals, or a 12–48 V DC source through DC+ and DC−. The manual's rule: never connect both sources at the same time.
• NO or NC — which one should I use?

  NO (normally open) for 'close the circuit' commands: boiler, gate, doorphone. NC (normally closed) for circuits that must sit closed and open on command. Both are on the terminal block together with the common COM.
• What do I need to get it into Apple Home or SmartThings?

  A Matter controller: an Apple TV or HomePod for Apple Home, a SmartThings hub for SmartThings. Once commissioned over Matter the module is controlled locally from those platforms; in the eWeLink app it works straight over Wi-Fi, no hub.
• Does my existing wall button keep working?

  Yes. It wires to the S1/S2 terminals; both types are supported — a classic rocker switch (the default) and a momentary push-button, and you change the type with a quick triple press of the button on the case.
• Will Home Assistant see it?

  Yes, the maker officially lists Home Assistant among the Matter platforms: the module is added through the Matter integration and controlled locally. The eWeLink cloud integration is the alternative path.
